Examples of Direction Letters in a sentence
Borrower shall deliver Tenant Direction Letters for each existing Tenant.
Lender will hold the Tenant Direction Letters in escrow; provided, however, upon the occurrence of a Lockbox Trigger, Lender shall have the right to deliver a Tenant Direction Letter to each tenant at the Property.
Borrower shall deliver Tenant Direction Letters for each Tenant occupying any portion of the Property pursuant to a Lease executed after the date hereof, or pursuant to an assignment of an existing Lease.
