Device Agents definition

Device Agents means any end-user or per-device software or agents provided by Impero to be used in conjunction with the Services.

  • Customer is responsible for all use of Device Agents in connection with the Services.

  • Device Agents may be subject to additional terms, including third party terms applicable to use of app stores for mobile devices.

  • Agency Representative A person assigned by a primary, assisting, or cooperating federal, state, local, or tribal government agency or private entity that has been delegated authority to make decisions affecting that agency’s or organization’s participation in incident management activities following appropriate consultation with the leadership of that agency. Area: The lands in a described geographic area that are managed and/or protected by the Parties within this Agreement.

  • electrical and electronic equipment or ‘EEE’ means equipment which is dependent on electric currents or electromagnetic fields in order to work properly and equipment for the generation, transfer and measurement of such currents and fields and designed for use with a voltage rating not exceeding 1 000 volts for alternating current and 1 500 volts for direct current;

  • Agents means the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent.

  • Sewage sludge weight means the weight of sewage sludge, in dry U.S. tons, including admixtures such as liming materials or bulking agents. Monitoring frequencies for sewage sludge parameters are based on the reported sludge weight generated in a calendar year (use the most recent calendar year data when the NPDES permit is up for renewal).

  • Agency(ies) means any government regulatory authority or authorities in the world responsible for granting approval(s), clearance(s), qualification(s), license(s), or permit(s) for any aspect of the research, Development, manufacture, marketing, distribution, or sale of a Product. The term “Agency” includes, without limitation, the United States Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”).

  • Agent means any Registrar or Paying Agent.

  • Procurement Office means Metrolinx Procurement Services office located at 277 Front Street West, 4th Floor, Mail Room, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5V 2X4.

  • Contact adhesive means a non-aerosol adhesive that: (i) is designed for application to both surfaces to be bonded together, and (ii) is allowed to dry before the two surfaces are placed in contact with each other, and (iii) forms an immediate bond that is impossible, or difficult, to reposition after both adhesive- coated surfaces are placed in contact with each other, and (iv) does not need sustained pressure or clamping of surfaces after the adhesive-coated surfaces have been brought together using sufficient momentary pressure to establish full contact between both surfaces. “Contact Adhesive” does not include rubber cements that are primarily intended for use on paper substrates. “Contact Adhesive” also does not include vulcanizing fluids that are designed and labeled for tire repair only.

  • Polyolefin adhesive means an aerosol adhesive designed to bond polyolefins to substrates.

  • Cyanoacrylate adhesive means any adhesive with a cyanoacrylate content of at least 95% by weight.

  • Sludge dryer means any enclosed thermal treatment device that is used to dehydrate sludge and that has a maximum total thermal input, excluding the heating value of the sludge itself, of 2,500 Btu/lb of sludge treated on a wet-weight basis.

  • Sewage sludge means a solid, semi-solid, or liquid residue generated during the treatment of domestic sewage in a treatment works as defined in section 6111.01 of the Revised Code. "Sewage sludge" includes, but is not limited to, scum or solids removed in primary, secondary, or advanced wastewater treatment processes. "Sewage sludge" does not include ash generated during the firing of sewage sludge in a sewage sludge incinerator, grit and screenings generated during preliminary treatment of domestic sewage in a treatment works, animal manure, residue generated during treatment of animal manure, or domestic septage.

  • Paying Agents means the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent and the Paying Agents referred to above and such further or other Paying Agent or Agents as may be appointed from time to time hereunder;

  • Electrostatic application means the application to a substrate of charged atomized paint droplets that are deposited by electrostatic attraction.

  • Source Agency means the agency that publishes the Underlying economic indicator and/or Expiration Value for any Contract.

  • Transfer Agents means the Transfer Agents referred to above and such further or other Transfer Agent or Agents as may be appointed from time to time hereunder either generally or in relation to a specific Series of Notes.
