Designated Tanks definition

Designated Tanks means the tanks set forth on Schedule A in Cushing, Oklahoma and the pipeline connecting the Designated Tanks to the Delivery Point. The Designated Tanks shall only contain Crude Oil
Designated Tanks means, the tanks set forth on Schedule B in [***] and [***] and the pipeline connecting the Designated Tanks to the Delivery Points; provided, however, that CVR may, upon prior written notice to Gunvor, amend Schedule B by adding or deleting tanks therefrom. The Designated Tanks shall only contain Crude Oil.
Designated Tanks means, the tanks set forth on Schedule B in Cushing and Duncan, Oklahoma and the pipeline connecting the Designated Tanks to the Delivery Points; provided, however, that Coffeyville may, upon prior written notice to Vitol, amend Schedule B by adding or deleting tanks therefrom. The Designated Tanks shall only contain Crude Oil.

Examples of Designated Tanks in a sentence

  • All costs and fees related to the recalibration of the Designated Tanks shall be for Coffeyville’s account.

  • Upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Coffeyville shall acquire (a) all Crude Oil located in the Designated Tanks and (b) all Crude Oil in transit by vessel or in pipelines to be delivered into the Designated Tanks (collectively, the “Final Inventory”), all of which shall be purchased by Coffeyville at the Transfer Price effective as of the date of termination or expiration.

  • Gunvor will, during the Term, have (a) the right to store Crude Oil in the Designated Tanks, and (b) the right to access the Designated Tanks to remove Crude Oil.

  • The Final Inventory volumes shall be the sum of the following: (i) the volume of Crude Oil in the Designated Tanks as determined by the records of each Terminal Operator, and (ii) the volume of Crude Oil in transit by pipeline as determined by the records of each Pipeline Operator.

  • The Final Inventory volumes shall be the sum of the following: (i) the volume of Crude Oil in the Designated Tanks as determined by the records of each Designated Tank operator and (ii) the volume of Crude Oil in transit by vessel or pipeline as determined by the records of each vessel or pipeline operator.

  • If such Crude Oil is not transferred to another Designated Tank, any sale of such Crude Oil to a party other than CVR shall be deemed to be a Third-Party Sale Transaction subject to the provisions of Section 5.2. CVR may use the Designated Tanks for the storage of CVR Transition Volumes and Gathered Crude.

  • Underground storage tank system means an underground storage tank and the connected underground piping, underground ancillary equipment, and containment system, if any.

  • Underground storage tank or “UST” means any one or combination of tanks (including underground pipes connected thereto) that is used to contain an accumulation of regulated substances, and the volume of which (including the volume of underground pipes connected thereto) is 10 percent or more beneath the surface of the ground. This term does not include any:

  • Designated operational area means a geographic area designated by the combatant commander or subordinate joint force commander for the conduct or support of specified military operations.

  • Buffer Zone means an area designated to be left along roads or other features in which there will be no cutting.

  • Aboveground storage tank shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6901 et seq., as amended, of RCRA, or any applicable state or local statute, law, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, order ruling, or decree governing aboveground storage tanks.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Aboveground tank means a device meeting the definition of tank that is situated in such a way that the entire surface area of the tank is completely above the plane of the adjacent surrounding surface and the entire surface area of the tank (including the tank bottom) is able to be visually inspected.

  • Underground facility means any item which shall be buried or placed below ground for use in connection with the storage or conveyance of water, sewage, electronic, telephone or telegraphic communications, electric energy, oil, gas or other substances, and shall include, but not be limited to pipes, sewers, conduits, cables, valves, lines, wires, manholes, attachments and those portions of poles and their attachments below ground.
