Designated Sample definition

Designated Sample means the number of Grocery Stores (other than online stores) opened from and including the 25th fiscal quarter to occur prior to the last fiscal quarter in any such Test Period to and including the 10th fiscal quarter to occur prior to the last fiscal quarter in any such Test Period (e.g., for the Test Period ended June 30, 2018, the Designated Sample shall include all Grocery Stores (other than online stores) opened during and including the first fiscal quarter of 2012 through and including the fourth fiscal quarter of 2015).

  • On expression of interests from private hospitals, District Medical Officer will approve Designated Sample Collection Facility. Sample Collection Facility shall collect Samples ONLY as per eligibility criteria based on proper request from Registered Modern Medicine Practitioner with TCMC. Designated sample collection facility shall have designated vehicle for transporting suspects to and from home and facility for disinfecting vehicles.

  • Laboratory shall agree to verification of records by Local Public Health Authority anytime DESIGNATED SAMPLE COLLECTION FACILITY  Throat/Nasal swabs to be collected only at Government approved Designated Sample Collection Facility.

  • Designated System means an electric generation unit that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source that is selected by the IPA through the ABP and approved by the ICC for inclusion in this Agreement as of the Trade Date of a Product Order.   • Bid sample means a sample to be furnished by a bidder to show the characteristics of the item offered in the bid.

  • Designated Products means products provided by Motorola to Licensee with which or for which the Software and Documentation is licensed for use.

  • Method detection limit means the minimum concentration of a hazardous substance that can be measured and reported with 99% confidence that the analyte concentration is greater than zero and is determined from analysis of a sample in a given matrix that contains the analyte.

  • Method Detection Level or “MDL” means the minimum concentration of an analyte (substance) that can be measured and reported with a ninety- nine percent (99%) confidence that the analyte concentration is greater than zero (0) as determined by procedure set forth in 40 CFR 136, Appendix B. The method detection level or MDL is equivalent to the LOD.

  • Participating Prescription Drug Provider means an independent retail Pharmacy, chain of retail Pharmacies, mail-order Pharmacy or specialty drug Pharmacy which has entered into an agreement to provide pharmaceutical services to participants in the benefit program. A retail Participating Pharmacy may or may not be a select Participating Pharmacy as that term is used in the Vaccinations Obtained Through Participating Pharmacies section.

  • Participating FFI means an FFI that, as from the effective date of any rules requiring withholding on "passthru payments" (as such term is defined pursuant to Sections 1471 through 1474 of the Code and any regulations thereunder or official interpretations thereof), meets the requirements of Section 1471(b) of the Code and any regulations or other official guidance issued thereunder and that has not elected to be withheld upon pursuant to Section 1471(b)(3) of the Code.

  • Participating Merchant means a Merchant that offers the Online Payment Service as an online payment option on the Merchant’s website.
