Designated Pool Balance definition

Designated Pool Balance means on any date of determination and with respect to the 2016-2 Designated Pool, the sum of the Securitization Values of the Collateral Assets that are allocated to the 2016-2 Designated Pool on such date that are not Defaulted Leases as of such Date.

Related to Designated Pool Balance

  • Pool Balance means, as of any date, the aggregate Principal Balance of the Receivables (exclusive of all Administrative Receivables for which the Servicer has paid the Administrative Purchase Payment, Warranty Receivables for which the Seller has paid the Warranty Purchase Payment and Defaulted Receivables) as of the close of business on such date.

  • Net Receivables Pool Balance means, at any time: (a) the Outstanding Balance of Eligible Receivables then in the Receivables Pool minus (b) the Excess Concentration.

  • Principal Funding Account Balance means, with respect to any date of determination during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account on such date of determination.

  • Series Servicing Fee Percentage means 2% per annum.
