Departmental instructions definition

Departmental instructions means instructions issued by a department to supplement or vary the provisions of the Manual of Office Procedure.
Departmental instructions means instructions issued by the Department with the approval of its Minister or Secretary to Government of India to supplement or vary the provisions of the Manual of Office Procedure to meet its specific requirements.
