Payments of RC Distributions in respect of Definitive Residual Certificates will be made by sterling cheque drawn on a bank in London, mailed to the holder (or to the first-named joint holders) of such Definitive Residual Certificates at the address shown on the Register not later than the due date for such payment.
Claims for RC Distributions in respect of Definitive Residual Certificates shall become void unless made within a period of five years from the date on which the final RC Distributions first became due.
