Global Certificates definition

Global Certificates. Any Certificate registered in the name of the Depository or its nominee.
Global Certificates. As defined in Section 5.2(b).
Global Certificates. The Rule 144A Global Certificates and the Regulation S Global Certificates, collectively.

Examples of Global Certificates in a sentence

  • The notice and related ballot shall be sent to Holders of Global Certificates through the Depository and by mail to the registered Holders of Definitive Certificates.

  • On the Closing Date, the Certificate Administrator shall execute, the Authenticating Agent shall authenticate, and the Certificate Administrator shall deliver to the Certificate Registrar the Regulation S Global Certificates, which shall be held by the Certificate Registrar for purposes of effecting the exchanges contemplated by the preceding paragraph.

More Definitions of Global Certificates

Global Certificates means the global certificate or certificates issued to the Depository as provided in the Depository Agreement, each of which shall be in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Global Certificates. Has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(d).
Global Certificates. The Class A, Class X, Class A-M, Class A-J, Class B, Class C, Class D, Class E, Class F, Class G, Class H, Class J, Class K, Class L, Class M, Class N, Class O, Class P, Class Q and Class S Certificates.

Global Certificates. The Certificates represented by the Regulation S Global Certificates or the Domestic Global Certificates.

Global Certificates means the Permanent Global Certificates together with the Temporary Global Certificates.
