Deferred Interest Bonds definition

Deferred Interest Bonds means the Bonds so designated in a Supplemental Indenturebut shall not include any such Bond from and after the date, if any, on which such Bond will bear interest that is payable to the holder of such Bond prior to its scheduled maturity.
Deferred Interest Bonds means any Bonds as to which interest accruing prior to the Current Interest Commencement Date is (i) compounded periodically on dates specified in the resolution of the JEA supplemental hereto authorizing such Deferred Interest Bonds and (ii) payable only at the maturity, earlier redemption or other payment thereof.

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.

  • Postponed Fixed Interest Date means the tenth Business Day following the originally scheduled Fixed Interest Date;

  • Capitalized Interest Account The separate Eligible Account designated as such and created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.05(h) hereof. The Capitalized Interest Account shall be treated as an "outside reserve fund" under applicable Treasury regulations and shall not be part of any REMIC.   • Class Unpaid Interest Amounts As to any Distribution Date and Class of interest bearing Certificates, the amount by which the aggregate Class Interest Shortfalls for such Class on prior Distribution Dates exceeds the amount distributed on such Class on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to clause (ii) of the definition of Class Optimal Interest Distribution Amount.

  • Term Bonds means Bonds that mature on one date and that are subject to mandatory redemption from Amortization Installments or are subject to extraordinary mandatory or mandatory redemption upon receipt of unscheduled Pledged Revenues.

  • Interest Date means, with respect to any given calendar month, the first Trading Day of such calendar month.
