Deeply Subordinated Obligations definition

Deeply Subordinated Obligations means deeply subordinated obligations of the Issuer, whether in the form of notes or loans or otherwise, which rank pari passu among themselves and with the Notes, senior to any classes of share capital issued by the Issuer, and junior to the present and future prêts participatifs granted to the Issuer, the present and future titres participatifs issued by the Issuer, Eligible Subordinated Obligations and Unsubordinated Obligations;
Deeply Subordinated Obligations means any Deeply Subordinated Notes (including the Notes) or other Obligations or lowest ranking Obligations (engagements subordonnés de dernier rang) of the Issuer which rank, or are expressed to rank, pari passu with the Notes.
Deeply Subordinated Obligations means any deeply subordinated obligations (obligations subordonnées de dernier rang) or other instruments issued by the Issuer which rank, or are expressed to rank, pari passu among themselves and junior to the Ordinarily Subordinated Obligations of the Issuer and any prêts participatifs granted to the Issuer. For the avoidance of doubt, the Issuer does not have any outstanding Deeply Subordinated Obligations as at the Issue Date.

Deeply Subordinated Obligations means direct, unconditional, unsecured and deeply subordinated obligations (engagements subordonnés de dernier rang) of the Issuer, including the Notes;
Deeply Subordinated Obligations means deeply subordinated obligations of the Issuer, whether in the form of notes or loans or otherwise, which rank pari passu among themselves and with the Notes, senior to the T3CJ and any class of the Issuer’s share capital, and behind the prêts participatifs granted to the Issuer, the titres participatifs issued by the Issuer, Ordinarily Subordinated Obligations and Unsubordinated Obligations.
