Unsubordinated Obligations definition

Unsubordinated Obligations means unsubordinated obligations, whether in the form of loans, notes or other instruments, of the Issuer that rank senior to Eligible Subordinated Obligations or any other obligation expressed to rank junior to Unsubordinated Obligations;
Unsubordinated Obligations means obligations, whether in the form of bonds or otherwise, which constitute direct, unconditional, unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of the Issuer and rank and will rank pari passu without preference or priority among themselves and (save for certain obligations required to be preferred by French law) pari passu with all other present or future unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of the Issuer.
Unsubordinated Obligations means any obligations (including any bonds or notes) of the Issuer which constitute direct, unconditional, unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of the Issuer and which rank in priority to the Ordinarily Subordinated Obligations.
