Deeds Poll definition

Deeds Poll means the Share Scheme Deed Poll and the Option Scheme Deed Poll.
Deeds Poll means the Ordinary Warrant Deed Poll, Class A 7% Warrant Deed Poll and Class B 7% Warrant Deed Poll. MIP means the Boart ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Management Incentive Plan.
Deeds Poll means the Deed of Constitution, the Deed Poll under the hand of William Booth bearing date 26 July 1904, and the Deed Poll under the hand and seal of William Bramwell Booth bearing date 1 June 1920.
