  • The Operator shall carry out all building and construction of all items designed pursuant to DBSA Articles 1 and 2 except, the Operator shall not be obliged to carry out building and construction in respect of those items referenced in DBSA Section 2.4(p), for those cells not closed prior to the End Date.
