  • The Advertisement Material and transmission instructions must be delivered to MBNS not less than fourteen (14) Working Days prior to the Date of Transmission or other such period as may be agreed in writing by MBNS.

  • Central Transmission Utility means the Government Company notified by the Central Government under Sub-Section (1) of Section 38 of the Electricity Act, 2003.
