Examples of Database Support Services in a sentence

  • Database Support Services means the enhanced Database Support services as described herein, whether provided for a fixed retained fee or at an hourly rate, exclusive of standard Maintenance.

  • In consideration of the Client's payment of the applicable Database Support Services fees, KMS will provide Database Support Services to the Client in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

  • The named Client contact will be at his/her computer and, in addition to the above information, have the appropriate Database Documentation on hand when the call is placed for Database Support Services.

  • KMS will not be required to provide training or knowledge transfer of Database Support Services related activities to the Client, unless specified in the Quotation and/or Invoice(s) for the Services.

Related to Database Support Services

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.
