Data Networking Products definition

Data Networking Products means Seller's intelligent switching, access and applications and network services Products, including but not limited to the PacketStar(TM) Access Concentrator(TM), PathStar(TM) Access Server, PortMaster(R) Integrated Access Concentrator and PacketStarTM IP GateWay 1000. The table of Data Networking Products in Section 6 may be expanded or amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the parties.

Data Networking Products means semiconductor products of AMD designed specifically for data networking applications, that are being shipped to customers as of the Effective Date, and specifically excludes *****, and other AMD devices which cannot be licensed due to agreements with third parties that were signed as of the Effective Date.

Related to Data Networking Products

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Software Products means the INSOURCE software products made available to the Licensee under the Agreement.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.
