Customer Tools means the Licensed Software components and interfaces that, as described in the Documentation, are designed and intended to be accessed by customers of Licensee through an application that is set up and maintained as part of the Services and/or Licensee’s website.

Customer Tools means those tools provided by Customer and identified in Table 2.1 of Part A of Attachment 1. All Customer Tools remain the property of Customer and will be insured by Customer against risk of loss.

  • This Schedule F shall be updated by the Parties from time to time to incorporate any Customer Software and Customer Tools not listed on this Schedule F.

  • If Customer Submits Customer Tools for use with a Project, Customer must have the right to do so as described in Section 6.1(b) (Responsibility for Customer Materials) below.

  • Nothing contained in this Agreement shall restrict Customer from the use of any Customer Tools.

  • Licensee may permit its customers to access and use the Customer Tools solely through Licensee’s website and/or an application that is set up and maintained as part of the Services, and solely for the purpose of enabling such customers to (a) receive notifications sent by or on behalf of Licensee, (b) make payments to Licensee, (c) view their invoices from Licensee and history of payments to Licensee, and (d) update their contact information with Licensee.

  • No such Customer Tools shall be altered or modified without the prior written permission of Customer.

Related to Customer Tools

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;
