Customer Help Desk definition

Customer Help Desk means the customer service that provides initial support and assistance to users when an issue or question arises concerning the use or functionality of the products and services provided under this agreement.
Customer Help Desk means the help-desk provided by the Contractor for Customers in accordance with Schedule 1Sub Schedule 0Part 22.10 (Customer Help Desk).
Customer Help Desk means the help desk developed by the Customer to deal with initial User queries on the Service and which contacts with the BT Service Centre for support.

Related to Customer Help Desk

  • Help Desk means a service provided by Contractor for the support of Contractor’s Products. Purchaser shall report warranty or maintenance problems to Contractor’s Help Desk for initial trouble-shooting and possible resolution of the problems or for the initiation of repair or replacement services.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.
