CSRP Treaty definition

CSRP Treaty means the inter-governmental convention Convention portant Création de la Commission Sous-Régionale des Pêches, dated March 29, 1985, entered into among the Recipient and the other member states of CSRP (Republic of Cape Verde, Republic of Guinea, Republic of Guinea-Bissau, Republic of The Gambia, Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Republic of Senegal, and the Republic of Sierra Leone).

  • Relevant Electric Retail Regulatory Authority means an entity that has jurisdiction over and establishes prices and policies for competition for providers of retail electric service to end- customers, such as the city council for a municipal utility, the governing board of a cooperative utility, the state public utility commission or any other such entity.

  • European Commission means the European Commission or any successor entity that is responsible for granting Marketing Approvals authorizing the sale of pharmaceuticals in the European Union.

  • General treatment means treatment (including provision of goods and services) that is intended to manage or prevent a disease, injury or condition and is not “hospital treatment”.
