Credit Return Policy means the Company’s credit return policy as amended from time to time.

  • Credit and Collection Policies or “Credit and Collection Policy” means the policies, practices and procedures adopted by the Issuer on the Closing Date, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of Obligors and the extension of credit to Obligors, or relating to the maintenance of those types of receivables and the related equipment and collections on those types of receivables and the related equipment.

  • Credit Risk Manager Fee Rate 0.0125% per annum.

  • Collection Policy means the collection policy of the initial servicer in effect on the Closing Date attached as Exhibit O to the Indenture, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the Indenture.

  • Credit Risk Manager’s Fee With respect to any Distribution Date and each Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to the product of (a) one twelfth, (b) the Credit Risk Manager’s Fee Rate and (c) the Scheduled Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the first day of the related Collection Period.   • Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.

  • Letter of Credit Reserve has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.2(d).

  • Credit Risk Manager Fee The fee payable to the Credit Risk Manager on each Distribution Date for its services as Credit Risk Manager, in an amount equal to one-twelfth of the Credit Risk Manager Fee Rate multiplied by the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans immediately prior to such Distribution Date. Credit Risk Manager Fee Rate: 0.0165% per annum.

  • Credit Risk Management Fee The amount payable to the Credit Risk Manager on each Distribution Date as compensation for all services rendered by it in the exercise and performance of any and all powers and duties of the Credit Risk Manager under the Credit Risk Management Agreements, which amount shall equal one twelfth of the product of (i) the Credit Risk Management Fee Rate multiplied by (ii) the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and any related REO Properties as of the first day of the related Due Period.

  • Investment Policies means the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations set forth in the “BUSINESS” section of its Registration Statement, and as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • Credit Risk Management Agreement The respective agreements between the Credit Risk Manager and the Servicer and/or Master Servicer regarding the loss mitigation and advisory services to be provided by the Credit Risk Manager.

  • Delinquency Collection Policies and Procedures The delinquency collection policies and procedures of the Interim Servicer, a copy of which is attached to the Interim Servicing Agreement as Exhibit 11.

  • CSR Policy means the present Corporate Social Responsibility Policy of the Company, which covers the activities to be undertaken by the Company as specified in Schedule VII to the Act and the CSR Expenditure thereon.
