Credit Event Valuation Date definition

Credit Event Valuation Date means the third Reference Business Day prior to the Credit Event Settlement Date.
Credit Event Valuation Date means any Business Day from, and including the Credit Event Determination Date to, and including, the Credit Event Valuation Period End Date as selected by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion (such period, the "Credit Event Valuation Period") provided that the Credit Event Valuation Date may be postponed where the Valuation Extension Condition is satisfied, in which case the Credit Event Valuation Date will be any Business Day from, and including the Credit Event Determination Date to, and including, the last Business Day of the Extended Valuation Period, as selected by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion.
Credit Event Valuation Date means any Business Day up to the day falling 180 Business Days following the Credit Event Determination Date as selected by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion (such period, the "Credit Event Valuation Period"). The Credit Event Valuation Date may be postponed in accordance with the definition of "Final Price".

  • Cash Settlement Date: Cash Settlement Date shall, notwithstanding Section 7.2 (Cash Settlement Date) of the Credit Derivatives Definitions, mean the Credit Event Valuation Date in respect of the Instruments.

  • MFP Valuation Date means the MFP Settlement Valuation Date;

  • ST Valuation Date means the Redemption Valuation Date.

  • FX Valuation Date means the FX Calculation Date immediately following the respective Valuation Date.

  • Call Valuation Date means the first Scheduled Trading Day of the month following the expiry of 35 calendar days after the Issuer’s Call Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the 35 calendar day period is mandatory and non- waivable by either the Issuer or the Holder.

  • Final Valuation Date means the Final Valuation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Valuation Date is not a Calculation Date the immediately following Banking Day which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Valuation Date.

  • Initial Valuation Date means the Issue Date, provided that if such day is not an Exchange Business Day for a Share then the Initial Valuation Date for that Share will be the first succeeding day that is an Exchange Business Day, subject to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event. See “DESCRIPTION OF THE NOTES – Market Disruption Event” below for further detail.

  • Scheduled Valuation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been a Valuation Date.

  • SPS Valuation Date means the SPS FR Barrier Valuation Date or the Strike Date, as applicable.

  • Coupon Valuation Date means the 30th of March, June, September and December of each calendar year during the term of the Securities, commencing September 30, 2010, or if such date is not an Index Business Day, then the first Index Business Day following such date, provided that the final Coupon Valuation Date will be the Calculation Date, subject to adjustment as provided under Section 3 hereof.

  • Auto-Call Valuation Date means, in respect of an Index and subject to the Adjustment Provisions, each day specified as such in the definition of Auto-Call Trigger Level, or if any such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day for such Index, the next following Scheduled Trading Day in respect of such Index.

  • Redetermination Date means, with respect to any Scheduled Redetermination or any Interim Redetermination, the date that the redetermined Borrowing Base related thereto becomes effective pursuant to Section 2.07(d).

  • Credit Event Net Loss With respect to any Credit Event Reference Obligation, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (a) the sum of: (i) the related Credit Event UPB; (ii) the total amount of prior principal forgiveness modifications, if any, on the related Credit Event Reference Obligation; and (iii) delinquent accrued interest thereon, calculated at the related Current Accrual Rate from the related last paid interest date through the date Freddie Mac determines such Reference Obligation has been reported as a Credit Event Reference Obligation, over (b) the related Net Liquidation Proceeds.

  • Credit Event Net Gain With respect to any Credit Event Reference Obligation, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (a) the related Net Liquidation Proceeds; over (b) the sum of (i) the related Credit Event UPB; (ii) the total amount of prior principal forgiveness modifications, if any, on the related Credit Event Reference Obligation; and (iii) delinquent accrued interest thereon, calculated at the related Current Accrual Rate from the related last paid interest date through the date Freddie Mac determines such Reference Obligation has been reported as a Credit Event Reference Obligation.

  • Quarterly Valuation Date means the last Business Day of the last month of each fiscal quarter of the Trust in each fiscal year of the Trust, commencing November 29, 2002.

  • Commitment Value is a Customer commitment to a minimum value of expenditure with SAP over the Contract Term, as specified in the ‘Commitment Value’ Section of the Order Form.
