Credit Card Member definition

Credit Card Member means (a) a Member which is a member of a Credit Card Company; or (b) a Member which acts as a settlement agent (for the purpose of Settlement Processes in respect of Credit Card Items) for a Non-bank Card Member.

Examples of Credit Card Member in a sentence

  • The Credit Card Company concerned or its Card Agent as the case may be shall exclude all Credit Card Items of the Credit Card Company concerned in that Bulk Clearing Settlement Run relating to the Credit Card Member in default and re-submit a new settlement file to the Clearing House for settlement.
