Covered Gordmans Stores definition

Covered Gordmans Stores means the retail locations listed in Schedule 1.1(d) attached hereto. “Credit Card” is amended by adding the following sentence to the end of the current definition. “For clarity, private label credit cards issued by Bank that are associated with Gordmans Accounts shall be considered Credit Cards for purposes of this Agreement.”

Related to Covered Gordmans Stores

  • Grocery store means any retail establishment, the business of which consists of the sale of food, food products, or beverages for consumption off the premises.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • NFFE means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not a FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations, and also includes any Non-U.S. Entity that is organized under the laws of Switzerland or another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.
