Covered function definition

Covered function means any of the following functions:
Covered function means an operation, maintenance, or emergency-response function that is performed on a pipeline or LNG facility and the function is regulated by 49 CFR Parts 192, 193 or 195.
Covered function means an operations, maintenance, or emergency-response function regulated by Part 192, 193, or 195 of Pipeline Safety Regulations that is performed on a pipeline or on an LNG facility.

F.2.9 InsuranceBe aware that the extent of insurance to be provided by the employer (if any) might not be for the full cover required in terms of the conditions of contract identified in the contract data. The tenderer is advised to seek qualified advice regarding insurance. F.2.10 Pricing the tender offer F.2.10.1 Include in the rates, prices, and the tendered total of the prices (if any) all duties, taxes (except Value Added Tax (VAT), and other levies payable by the successful tenderer, such duties, taxes and levies being those applicable 14 days before the closing time stated in the tender data. F2.10.2 Show VAT payable by the employer separately as an addition to the tendered total of the prices.

  • CRD IV Regulation means Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 26, 2013, as the same may be amended or replaced from time to time.

  • Utilization review organization means an entity that conducts utilization review, other than a health carrier performing a review for its own health benefit plans.

  • Applicable water quality standards means all water quality standards to which a discharge is subject under the federal Clean Water Act and which has been (a) approved or permitted to remain in effect by the Administrator following submission to the Administrator pursuant to Section 303(a) of the Act, or (b) promulgated by the Director pursuant to Section 303(b) or 303(c) of the Act, and standards promulgated under (APCEC) Regulation No. 2, as amended.

  • UK Securitization Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2017/2402 as it forms part of UK domestic law as “retained EU law” by operation of the EUWA, and as amended by the Securitisation (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, and as further amended.
