An Operations Clause Samples
The 'An Operations' clause defines the scope and responsibilities related to the operational activities under an agreement. It typically outlines which party is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, such as maintenance, staffing, or compliance with regulations, and may specify performance standards or reporting requirements. By clearly delineating operational duties, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that both parties are aware of their obligations, thereby promoting smooth and efficient management of the subject matter of the contract.
