Convene Lease definition

Convene Lease means, a Lease at the Property with Convene (including, without limitation, any guaranty or similar instrument furnished thereunder), as the same may have been or may hereafter be amended, restated, extended, renewed, replaced and/or otherwise modified.

Related to Convene Lease

  • Site Lease or “Lease” means this Site Lease together with any duly authorized and executed amendment hereto under which the District leases the Site to the Lessee.
