The Indenture also permits, with certain exceptions as therein provided, the amendment thereof and the modification of the rights and obligations of the Master Issuer and the rights of the holders of Series 2025-1 Class A-2 Notes under the Indenture at any time by the Master Issuer with the consent of the Control Party (acting at the direction of the Controlling Class Representative) and without the consent of any holders of Series 2025-1 Class A-2 Notes.
The Indenture also contains provisions permitting the Control Party (acting at the direction of the Controlling Class Representative) to waive compliance by the Master Issuer with certain provisions of the Indenture and certain past defaults under the Indenture and their consequences without the consent of any holders of Series 2025-1 Class A-2 Notes.
