Contractor Safety Program Standards definition

Contractor Safety Program Standards means all of the following:
Contractor Safety Program Standards has the meaning set forth in Appendix XIII.
Contractor Safety Program Standards means the standards described in Section 2.2 of the Settlement Agreement and Corrective Action Plan of Pacific Gas and Electric Company before the CPUC dated February 10, 2015 (Investigation 14-08-022), or successor standards and as implemented by Buyer during the Contract Term.

  • Seller’s compliance with this Section 11.1 may include Seller’s or its Contractors’ responsibilities for fees or costs associated with Buyer’s Contractor Safety Program Standards.

Related to Contractor Safety Program Standards

  • Safety Standards means all laws, union rules and trade or industry custom or codes of any kind whatsoever, in effect from the date of this Agreement through Final Acceptance of the construction work, pertaining to worker safety and accident prevention applicable to the Project and/or the construction work (including, but not limited to, rules, regulations and standards adopted pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended from time to time).

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • Safety Management System means a systematic approach to managing safety, including the necessary organisational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures;

  • Quality Management System means a set of interrelated or interacting elements that organisations use to direct and control how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved;

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.
