Contracted RECs definition

Contracted RECs means any REC projected to be generated by a Project in the future, that, as of the date on which the Class A Member is making a Capital Contribution with respect to the associated Project, is subject to a contract with either NRG Power Marketing LLC or Boston Energy Trading and Marketing LLC or another third party to be agreed upon with the Consent of the Members, providing for such REC to be sold at a fixed or determinable price.

  • If the supply is Tier 1-eligible in more than one market, RECs will flow based on the relative market economics.• Supply Contracted by Other Parties Resold into RES Market: Contracted RECs from RES Tier 1 eligible generators located in New York or New England could be resold into New York, so long as energy is delivered into the NYCA.

  • SRP will use the Western Renewable Energy Generation Information System or any successor renewable energy tracking program (“WREGIS”) to track and retire the Contracted RECs. The Contracted RECs will be retired in the name of the Facility and Customer.

  • Customer is responsible for all Governmental Charges imposed on or associated with the retirement of the Contracted RECs under this Agreement.

  • For purposes of clarification, while Customer will receive the environmental benefits of the Contracted RECs, SRP will not transfer any RECs to Customer in connection with this Agreement.

  • For purposes of reporting and retiring the Contracted RECs, SRP may round the number of Contracted RECs to the nearest whole MWh in accordance with the WREGIS rules.

  • SRP will endeavor to retire the Contracted RECs on a monthly basis, but REC retirement will occur based on the certificate creation timeline established by WREGIS operating rules.

  • If, however, WREGIS rules are hereafter amended to preclude retirement in Customer’s name, SRP will notify Customer, and the parties will reasonably cooperate with one another to ensure that the Contracted RECs are retired in a manner that maintains Customer’s ability to receive the environmental benefits of the Contracted RECs. SRP will, upon Customer’s request, provide Customer with written confirmation that the Contracted RECs have been retired.

Related to Contracted RECs

  • Contracted Services means medical services, nursing services, health-related services, ancillary services, or environmental services provided according to a documented agreement between a health care institution and the person providing the medical services, nursing services, health-related services, ancillary services, or environmental services.

  • Contracted Processor means a Subprocessor;

  • Master Contract means the CATS Master Contract between the Maryland Department of Budget and Management andTO Contractor dated December 19, 2005.

  • Unanticipated Recovery As defined in Section 4.2(f).

  • Proper Invoice means a written request for Payment that is submitted by a Contractor setting forth the description, price or cost, and quantity of goods, property or services delivered or rendered, in such form, and supported by such other substantiating documentation, as NYSERDA may reasonably require, including but not limited to any requirements set forth in Exhibits A or B to this Agreement; and addressed to NYSERDA’s Controller, marked “Attention: Accounts Payable,” at the Designated Payment Office.

  • Excluded Receivables means, as of any date of determination, all accounts receivable referred to in Item 1 of Schedule 7.01.

  • Excluded Receivable means all indebtedness and other obligations owed to Originator or in which Originator has a security interest or other interest (including, without limitation, any indebtedness, obligation or interest constituting an account, chattel paper, instrument or general intangible) arising in connection with the sale of merchandise or the rendering of services by Originator and further includes, without limitation, the obligation to pay any Finance Charges with respect thereto:

  • service supplier means any person that supplies a service;

  • secondary processing means concentration or other beneficiation of iron ore other than by crushing or screening and includes thermal electrostatic magnetic and gravity processing and agglomeration, pelletization or comparable changes in the physical character of iron ore;

  • Maintenance Outage means NERC Event Type MO, as set forth in attached Exhibit B, and includes any outage involving ten percent (10%) of the Facility’s Net Output that is not a Forced Outage or a Planned Outage.

  • Permitted Receivables Facility means the receivables facility or facilities created under the Permitted Receivables Facility Documents, providing for the sale or pledge by the Company and/or one or more other Receivables Sellers of Permitted Receivables Facility Assets (thereby providing financing to the Company and the Receivables Sellers) to the Receivables Entity (either directly or through another Receivables Seller), which in turn shall sell or pledge interests in the respective Permitted Receivables Facility Assets to third-party investors pursuant to the Permitted Receivables Facility Documents (with the Receivables Entity permitted to issue investor certificates, purchased interest certificates or other similar documentation evidencing interests in the Permitted Receivables Facility Assets) in return for the cash used by the Receivables Entity to purchase the Permitted Receivables Facility Assets from the Company and/or the respective Receivables Sellers, in each case as more fully set forth in the Permitted Receivables Facility Documents.
