Marketing LLC definition

Marketing LLC has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble.
Marketing LLC means the limited liability company being formed by the Borrower or one of its Subsidiaries and NGTS that will assume all of NGTS's natural gas marketing operations.
Marketing LLC shall have the meaning specified in the recitals.

If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.

  • Marketing Agent means MACRO Financial, LLC, in its capacity as marketing agent hereunder, and its successors and assigns.

  • Sales finance company means that term as defined in section 2 of the motor vehicle sales finance act, MCL 492.102.

  • Steel Products means products rolled, formed, shaped, drawn, extruded, forged, cast, fabricated or otherwise similarly processed, or processed by a combination of two or more or such operations, from steel made by the open heath, basic oxygen, electric furnace, Bessemer or other steel making process.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;
