Contract Sum Payment Chart means the chart, table or graph included with the Quotation or the Order (as the case may be) which specifies the due date for each part or all of the Contract Sum;
Interim Payment Certificate means a payment certificate issued under Clause 14 [Contract Price and Payment], other than the Final Payment Certificate.
Contract Sum means the sum named in the letter of acceptance including Physical contingencies subject to such addition thereto or deduction there-from as may be made under the provisions hereinafter contained.
Payment Schedule ’ means a schedule which sets out—
Final Payment Certificate means the payment certificate issued under Sub-Clause 14.13 [Issue of Final Payment Certificate].
Repayment Schedule means the repayment schedule set out in Schedule 6 (Repayment Schedule).
development charge means a charge imposed pursuant to this By-law;
