Continental Common Stock definition

Continental Common Stock means the Class B common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Continental.

  • All outstanding shares of Continental Common Stock are validly issued, fully paid and nonassessable and not subject to any preemptive rights and, with respect to shares held by Continental in its treasury or by its Subsidiaries, are free and clear of all liens, claims, encumbrances or restrictions (other than those imposed by applicable federal and state securities laws) and there are no agreements or understandings with respect to the voting or disposition of any such shares.
