Consumer Education Materials definition

Consumer Education Materials means any informational materials that seek to educate consumers about Regulated Marijuana generally, including but not limited to education regarding the safe consumption of marijuana, Regulated Marijuana Concentrate, or Regulated Marijuana Products, provided it is not distributed or made available to individuals under twenty-one years of age.
Consumer Education Materials means any informational material that seek to educate consumers about rules and regulations within the Cannabis industry generally, including, but not limited to, education regarding the safe consumption of Cannabis, regulated Cannabis Concentrate, or regulated Cannabis Products, provided it is not distributed or made available to individuals under twenty-one (21) years of age;
