Informational Materials definition

Informational Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01.
Informational Materials has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.03.
Informational Materials are materials (other than policies and procedures) designed with the purpose of informing the public about relevant policies, procedures, reporting pathways, resources, and prevention strategies. These materials may include, but are not limited to, websites, brochures, handouts, posters, and flyers.
