Informational Materials has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.03.

Informational Materials are materials (other than policies and procedures) designed with the purpose of informing the public about relevant policies, procedures, reporting pathways, resources, and prevention strategies. These materials may include, but are not limited to, websites, brochures, handouts, posters, and flyers.

Once Informational Materials have been commented on by BofAS, subsequent Informational Materials which do not alter the use or description of BofAS or such Marks, as the case may be, need not be submitted for review by BofAS.
