Consortium Allocation definition

Consortium Allocation means the allocation of New Bonds to the Consortium, being: (a) US$7,500,000 Tranche B New Asset Co Bonds; (b) US$7,500,000 New Trading Co Bonds; and (c) US$10,000,000 New Trading Hold Co Bonds.
