Allocations definition

Allocations means any and all of the allocations described in Sections 1.3(a), 1.3(b), 1.3(c) and 1.3(d) hereof.

Examples of Allocations in a sentence

  • If the material breach is solely the failure of Taxpayer to satisfy Milestones with respect to an Allocation for a particular taxable year, then the recapture will be limited to that particular taxable year’s Allocation and in no event shall a recapture under this Agreement include any Allocation or Allocations that Taxpayer had previously earned provided that Taxpayer satisfies its obligation to retain the required Milestones for three (3) subsequent taxable years.

  • The parties agree that the DISTRICT shall not be held responsible or liable, and it shall not be a breach by the DISTRICT under this Agreement, for its failure to deliver some or all of the Allocations if a service disruption prevents the delivery of such Irrigation Quality Water (hereinafter, a “Service Disruption”).

  • Allocations to Current Participants who are entitled to a distribution under the Plan of Allocation will be made into their existing Plan accounts.

  • The allocations in Section 6.1 apply with respect to allocations solely for income tax purposes except as provided in this Section 6.2. Allocations pursuant to this Section 6.2 shall not affect, or in any way be taken into account in computing, any Person’s Capital Account, right to vote, or allocable shares of income, gain, receipt, loss, deduction, credit or distribution as provided in any other Section of this Agreement.

Allocations. The line items set forth in the Budget for which Advances of Loan proceeds will be made.
