Examples of Allocations in a sentence
Allocations pursuant to the previous sentence shall be made in proportion to the respective amounts required to be allocated to each Member pursuant thereto.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Appendix I, the Regulatory Allocations shall be taken into account in allocating other operating Income, Losses and other items of income, gain, loss and deduction to the Members for Capital Account purposes so that, to the extent possible, the net amount of such allocations of Income, Losses and other items shall be equal to the amount that would have been allocated to each Member if the Regulatory Allocations had not occurred.
Calculation of Indirect or Central Service Allocations will be consistent with the applicable US DOT common rules in 2 C.F.R. 200.
It is the intent of the Members that, to the extent possible, all Regulatory Allocations shall be offset either with other Regulatory Allocations or with special allocations of other items of Company income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to this II.Section E.4.
The General Partner is authorized to offset all Regulatory Allocations either with other Regulatory Allocations or with special allocations of other items of Partnership income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to this Section 5.1(g).
