Connecting Facilities definition

Connecting Facilities means dedicated facilities provided either under this Agreement or separate contract used to connect Carrier's network and ALLTEL's network for the purposes of interchanging traffic.
Connecting Facilities means facilities connecting directly to the Pipeline for the purpose of providing Light Condensate volumes into the Pipeline or taking delivery of Light Condensate from the Pipeline.
Connecting Facilities means the improvements necessary to connect the INTERNAL FACILITIES to the CITY’s water and wastewater systems at the points of connection described in Subsection 10.ASection 12).

Examples of Connecting Facilities in a sentence

  • The interchanged traffic shall be handled over Connecting Facilities provided by CBT or third parties pursuant to this Agreement.

  • No action shall be taken by the Engineering and Operating Committee in respect to the Connecting Facilities unless such action is agreed to by all of the Eldorado Co-Owners acting through their representatives on the Engineering and Operating Committee pursuant to the terms of the Operating Agreement.

  • The Connecting Facilities shall not include the 220 kV busses in the Eldorado 220 kV Switchyard.

  • The Connecting Facilities shall include any Capital Improvements thereto.

  • Each order is subject to acceptance by the Supplier and may be accepted in whole or in part and may be declined.

  • Within three (3) days of Acknowledgment, the Grantor shall advise as to the need for any Letter of Agency or Connecting Facilities Assignment.

  • Any additional Operating Insurance premium directly applicable to the addition of the Connecting Facilities shall be kept separate from the premium applicable to the Eldorado System, and no Eldorado Co- Owner shall be allocated such additional premium or any portion thereof.

  • The Connecting Facilities shall include the portions of the Eldorado- Magnolia 230 kV Line and the Eldorado-NSO 230 kV Line and associated transmission structures located on the Eldorado Substation Site as shown in Attachment A.

  • The Connecting Facilities also include any Capital Improvements to the Connecting Facilities.

  • The date upon which the applicable Connecting Facilities have been successfully tested and energized for service.


More Definitions of Connecting Facilities

Connecting Facilities means facilities connecting directly to the Pipeline for the purpose of providing Diluent volumes into the Pipeline or taking delivery of Diluent from the Pipeline.
Connecting Facilities means dedicated facilities provided either under this Agreement or separate contract used to connect Carrier's network and Alltel's network for the purposes of interchanging traffic, "'Contract Year" means a twelve (12) month period during the term of tile contract commencing on tile Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.
Connecting Facilities means the wastewater system improvements and Wastewater Meter within the Development, to be constructed by Developer, that will connect and deliver wastewater from the Development to the Developer Wastewater Line, the location of which is generally shown on Exhibit B.
Connecting Facilities means the pipeline and related facilities, known as the Dickins Lake and Vardie River Projects proposed by NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. (NGTL) in north-western Alberta to facilitate the shipment of natural gas from the MGP to southern markets and includes any connecting facilities proposed by successors or assigns of NGTL.
Connecting Facilities shall consist of the following: measurement facilities, and interconnecting pipeline and appurtenant facilities.

Related to Connecting Facilities

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.
