Connecticut Transit Traffic Service definition

Connecticut Transit Traffic Service means all Section 251(b)(5) Traffic, ISP-Bound Traffic, CMRS provider-bound traffic and/or IntraLATA Toll Traffic delivered via the Transit Traffic Service whereby AT&T CONNECTICUT will compensate the terminating carrier for applicable Transit Traffic, carrying out the terms and conditions herein.

  • As part of SBC CONNECTICUT’s Connecticut Transit Traffic Service, SBC CONNECTICUT will be solely responsible for compensating the terminating third party carrier for CLEC’s Local/IntraLATA transit traffic that is terminated on a third party’s network.

  • CARRIER shall issue ASRs for dedicated one-way Connecticut Transit Traffic Service trunk groups in SBC CONNECTICUT.

  • CLEC is responsible for payment of the Connecticut Transit Traffic Service Rate.

Related to Connecticut Transit Traffic Service

  • Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.

  • Transit Passenger means a passenger who arrives at the airport in an aircraft and departs from the airport in the same aircraft, where such an aircraft is operating a through flight transiting the airport, and includes a passenger in transit through the airport who has to depart in a substituted aircraft because the aircraft on which the passenger arrived has been declared unserviceable.

  • Central Office Switch means a switch used to provide Telecommunications Services, including, but not limited to:

  • Channel migration zone (CMZ) means the area where the active channel of a stream is prone to move and this results in a potential near-term loss of riparian function and associated habitat adjacent to the stream, except as modified by a permanent levee or dike. For this purpose, near-term means the time scale required to grow a mature forest. (See board manual section 2 for descriptions and illustrations of CMZs and delineation guidelines.)

  • AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE means the AT&T owned ILEC(s) doing business in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

  • Integrated Digital Loop Carrier means a subscriber loop carrier system that is twenty-four (24) local Loop transmission paths combined into a 1.544 Mbps digital signal which integrates within the switch at a DS1 level.

  • Houseboat means a powered vessel containing living accommodation, usually flat- bottomed and used in navigation.
