Connect Support definition

Connect Support is a term which is inclusive of the services defined by the above agreement "e500 Standard Support". "Connect Support" also covers the Support Center opening hours of between 09.00 and 21.00 Monday through Friday for the services relating to support for the Product (except for the notification of Hardware failure); and provision of the first reply within the response time, which is separately defined.
