Concentration Ratios definition

Concentration Ratios shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.01(x). “Contract” means (a) any agreement (whether bi-lateral or unilateral or executory or non-executory and whether a Person entitled to rights thereunder is so entitled directly or as a third-party beneficiary), including an indenture, lease or license, (b) any deed or other instrument of conveyance, (c) any certificate of incorporation or charter and (d) any by-law.

  • Concentration Percentage means (i) for any Group A Obligor, 10.00%, (ii) for any Group B Obligor, 8.00%, (iii) for any Group C Obligor, 6.00% and (iv) for any Group D Obligor, 4.00%.

  • Excess Concentration means the sum of the following amounts, without duplication:

  • Net concentration means the difference between the concentration of a given substance in a sample taken of the discharge and the concentration of the same substances in a sample taken at the intake which supplies water to the given process. For the purpose of this definition, samples that are taken to determine the net concentration shall always be 24-hour composite samples made up of at least six increments taken at regular intervals throughout the plant day.

All houses contain some radon, and a few houses will contain much more than the median concentration. The only way to accurately assess long-term exposure to radon in a specific house is through long-term testing (sampling the indoor air for a year or more). The EPA recommends that all homes be tested for radon. Columbia University's "Radon Project" website offers help to homeowners in assessing the cost vs. benefit of testing a specific house for radon or modifying it for radon reduction (see http://www.stat.columbia.edu/~radon/).

  • Allocation Ratio With respect to any Series, as defined in the related Supplement.

  • Dilution Ratio means the ratio (expressed as a percentage and rounded to the nearest 1/100th of 1%, with 5/1000th of 1% rounded upward), computed as of the last day of each calendar month by dividing: (a) the aggregate amount of payments made or owed by the Seller pursuant to Section 1.4(e)(i) of this Agreement during such calendar month by (b) the aggregate credit sales made by all the Originators during the calendar month that is one month prior to such calendar month.

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Maximum Concentration Level Assessment means the Maximum Concentration Level Assessment for the purposes of a Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval, described in the Basic Comprehensive User Guide, prepared by a Toxicologist using currently available toxicological information, that demonstrates that the concentration at any Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern that does not have a Ministry Point of Impingement Limit is not likely to cause an adverse effect as defined by the EPA. The concentration at Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern must be calculated in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05.

  • Infiltration rate means the rate of water entry into the soil expressed as a depth of water per unit of time (e.g., inches per hour).

  • Residual disinfectant concentration means the concentration of disinfectant measured in mg/L in a representative sample of water.

  • Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).

  • Critical Test Concentration or "(CTC)" means the specified effluent dilution at which the Permittee is to conduct a single-concentration Aquatic Toxicity Test.

  • Loss Horizon Ratio means, as of any date of determination, a fraction (expressed as a percentage), (a) the numerator of which is the aggregate initial Unpaid Balance of all Receivables originated by each Originator during the immediately preceding four Settlement Periods then most recently ended and (b) the denominator of which is the Net Portfolio Balance as of the Cut-Off Date of the most recently ended Settlement Period.

  • Overcollateralization Ratio means, as of any Measurement Date, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) obtained by dividing:

  • In-stream Waste Concentration or "(IWC)" means the concentration of a discharge in the receiving water after mixing has occurred in the allocated zone of influence.

  • Alcohol concentration means the number of grams of alcohol per:

  • Adjusted Dilution Ratio means, at any time, the rolling average of the Dilution Ratio for the 12 Calculation Periods then most recently ended.
