Examples of Compounded SOFR in a sentence

  • Reference Time means (1) if the Benchmark is Compounded SOFR, the SOFR Determination Time, and (2) if the Benchmark is not Compounded SOFR, the time determined by the Issuer or its designee (in consultation with the Issuer) in accordance with the Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes.

  • From (and including) the date of issuance to (and excluding) the Maturity Date, interest for each Interest Period will accrue on the SP 2028 Floating Rate Notes at a rate per annum equal to the Compounded SOFR plus a margin of 112 basis points, subject to a minimum interest rate of 0.000%.
