  • Upon approval by METABOLEX of the corrective plan, SIEGFRIED, at no additional expense to METABOLEX (other than paying the payment amounts owed under the applicable Plan, at such time as SIEGFRIED delivers the conforming Compound, Services or Deliverable (as applicable)), shall then make the corrections and, where applicable, SIEGFRIED shall resubmit the corrected Service or Deliverable to METABOLEX.

  • The Process Management class of services is dedicated to the management of gCube Compound Services (CS), i.e. complex services obtained by composing other simpler services through an appropriate workflow management language.

Related to Compound Services

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products from Active Materials and Components;

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by CenturyLink to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;
