Completion Payment(s) definition

Completion Payment(s) means, in relation to the completion of the Works as a whole, the final balance of the Contract Sum due to the Contractor and, in relation to the completion of any Completed Part, the final balance of the Contract Sum payable in respect of the Completed Part in accordance with paragraph S5-3 (Completion Payment(s)) of Schedule 5;

Related to Completion Payment(s)

  • Completion Payment means the payment for the 20% of the Charges for each Apprenticeship that under the ESFA Rules is only paid once an Apprentice takes their end point assessment, including as the case may be Apprenticeships funded by Transferred Levy Funds;
