Company Subsidiary LLC Agreement. The Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Company Subsidiary, dated as of December 13, 2004, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.
Company Subsidiary LLC Agreement shall refer to the Operating Agreement of Company Subsidiary dated as of June 30, 2014, as may be amended or restated from time to time.
