Company Restricted Stock Unit definition

Company Restricted Stock Unit means a restricted stock unit issued pursuant to any of the Company Equity Plans that remains outstanding as of immediately prior to the Effective Time (other than Company Performance Restricted Stock Units).
Company Restricted Stock Unit means any unit or award granted (whether granted by the Company pursuant to the Company Plans, assumed by the Company in connection with any merger, acquisition or similar transaction or otherwise issued or granted) (i) denominated in units, and (ii) pursuant to which the holder thereof is or may become entitled to acquire one or more shares of Company Common Stock or the cash equivalent thereof upon such holder’s continued service with or employment by the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company and/or upon the satisfaction or attainment of one or more performance milestones.
Company Restricted Stock Unit means a restricted stock unit granted under the Company Equity Plan.

  • Beneficiaries from third countries associated to Horizon Europe, the Digital Europe Programme or the Connecting Europe Facility that are Participating States should be eligible for participation in actions only where a Participating State is a third country associated to one or more programmes related to that action.

More Definitions of Company Restricted Stock Unit

Company Restricted Stock Unit means any restricted stock units outstanding under any of the Company Stock Plans.
Company Restricted Stock Unit means any Company Stock Award that is an award representing the right to receive in the future shares of Company Common Stock from the Company in accordance with a vesting schedule or issuance schedule, and that is not a Company Performance Stock Unit.

Company Restricted Stock Unit means any restricted stock unit award subject to service-based vesting, payable in shares of Company Common Stock or the value of which is determined with reference to the value of shares of Company Common Stock, whether granted under a Company Stock Plan or otherwise.
