Company Professional Advisors means X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC, Ernst & Young LLP, Xxxxx Day and any other professional advisors or service providers to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries involved with the preparation, negotiation and execution of this Agreement, the due diligence process related thereto or the consummation of the Transactions.
