Company Bank Accounts definition

Company Bank Accounts means all accounts maintained or held in the name of Party A at or with any bank or other financial institution, whether existing on the date of this Agreement or established in the future.

Company Bank Accounts has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(b).

Examples of Company Bank Accounts in a sentence

• The Available Closing Acquiror Cash and freely available cash in the Company Bank Accounts shall not be less than $345,000,000.

• All cash in such Company Bank Accounts is held in demand deposits and is not subject to any restriction or documentation as to withdrawal.

• All Company Revenues received by the Manager on behalf of the Company Group (other than in respect of amounts due and owing to Manager or its Affiliates) shall promptly be deposited in the Company Bank Accounts and shall only be disbursed therefrom in accordance with this Agreement.

• Manager and the Company agree to take all such steps as are reasonably requested by any bank or banks, solely in respect of the Company Bank Accounts in which the Company Revenues are deposited, to accord Manager the authority to deposit and disburse funds therefrom solely as provided herein.

• To the extent Manager or any of its Affiliates receives any Company Revenues (other than in respect of amounts due and owing to such Person), Manager shall, or shall cause its Affiliate to, as applicable, promptly deposit such Company Revenues in the Company Bank Accounts.

More Definitions of Company Bank Accounts

Company Bank Accounts means all of the bank accounts, lock boxes and safety deposit boxes of the Company or relating to the Business of the Company as set forth in Schedule "I" hereto;

Company Bank Accounts has the meaning specified in Paragraph 26 of Schedule C.
