Lock Boxes definition
Lock Boxes has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

Examples of Lock Boxes in a sentence
The Administrative Agent shall have sole access to the Lock Boxes at all times and each Grantor shall take all actions necessary to grant the Administrative Agent such sole access.
