Community mental health facility definition

Community mental health facility means a facility which provides community mental health services and is included in the comprehensive mental health plan for the alcohol, drug addiction, and mental health service district in which it is located.
Community mental health facility means a building and necessary land used to provide a mental health or substance use treatment or support service or program, including housing as defined and required by the department.
Community mental health facility means a community mental health facility that has a quality assurance program accredited by the joint commission on accreditation of healthcare organizations or is certified by the department of mental health or department of job and family services.
