Common Expense Fund definition

Common Expense Fund means the accumulated Common Expense Charges and other amounts collected or received by the Association.
Common Expense Fund means and refer to the fund created or to be created pursuant to the provisions of Article V of this Declaration and into which all monies of the Association shall be deposited. Two separate and distinct funds shall be created and maintained hereunder, one for operating expenses and one for capital expenses which together shall constitute the Common Expense Fund.
Common Expense Fund means the fund created or to be created pursuant to the provisions of Article X of this Restated Declaration and into which all funds of the Association shall be deposited.

  • Administration Expenses Payment means the amount the Administrator will be paid from the Gross Settlement Amount to reimburse its reasonable fees and expenses in accordance with the Administrator’s “not to exceed” bid submitted to the Court in connection with Preliminary Approval of the Settlement.
